2. Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a service by contacting our support or sales team. Please
note:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official channels.
- Once a project or service has started, cancellation may not be applicable.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not reverse completed or ongoing work.
3. Refund Policy
Warafana Tech Pvt Ltd follows a no-refund policy for most digital and
technology services.
This includes:
- No refunds for partially completed projects
- No refunds for unused services or remaining project duration
- No refunds once development, marketing, CRM setup, or consulting has started
- No prorated refunds for service downgrades or early termination
Services will remain active or continue as per the agreed scope until completion or
billing cycle end.
4. Exceptional Cases
- Refunds may be considered only if the service has not been initiated at all.
- Any approved refund will be processed after internal verification.
